RUDSAK products are designed with careful attention to every stitch and detail. We stand behind the quality and dedicated craftsmanship of our collections.

RUDSAK is pleased to offer warranty coverage for its products against workmanship and material defects. Outerwear, bags and small leather goods with significant manufacturing defects excluding normal wear and tear may be eligible for repair within 1 year of their initial purchase date. Footwear and accessories (such as gloves, hats, and scarves) with significant manufacturing defects may also be eligible for repair within 90 days of purchase.

Variations in color and grain are natural characteristics of premium leather that add to the unique allure of each item, and as such do not qualify an item for a repair under warranty. Due to the delicate fabrics utilized in our collections, apparel is susceptible to normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.

A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw within the material or structure of a product. Any repairs required due to accidents, improper care or storage, negligence, damages caused by dry cleaners, or normal wear and tear, are not covered by this warranty. However, some repairs may still be possible, subject to a fee, and are evaluated on a case by case basis.

RUDSAK takes pride in its designs and does not offer alterations or modifications to any of its products. Any product that has been altered or modified by a third party will void this warranty. A proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage. Please note that RUDSAK reserves the right to refuse any repair at its sole discretion.
