Is it safe to shop on Rudsak website?
We have adopted appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal information and to safeguard personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification, in light of, among other things, the sensitivity of the information and the purposes for which it is to be used.
How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive an order confirmation by email when we will receive your order. This email will include your order number and the summary of your purchase.
If after 24 hours you haven’t received the email confirmation yet, feel free to contact the customer relations service by filling our contact form or by calling at 1 877 389-9661, we will inform you about your order status.
Can I modify my order?
Once we received your order, we can’t modify it. If you would like to add an item to your order, you will have to make a new purchase.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by mail. For more information on merchandise returns, please see our return policy.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, contact the customer relations service by filling our contact form or by phone at 1 877 389-9661.
Please note that the possibility to cancel your order depends on its preparation status.
Can I get my order shipped to the United States and internationally?
We only ship to Canada. To visit the nearest store or RUDSAK retailer, click here.
When will I receive my order?
If within 3 business days of placing your order, you have not receives an email confirmation of its shipment by Fedex (this email will include a tracking number for your package), feel free to call our customer relation service by calling at 1 877 389-9661 or by filling our contact form to inquire about your order status.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, expect a delay of 10 business days for delivery with the FedEx Express Economy Service and 3 business days with the FedEx Priority Overnight service.
How can I track my order?
When your order will be shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You will be able to track your order by visiting www.fedex.com and entering the tracking number in the appropriate field.
Which payment method do you accept?
Rudsak accept these payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal
We don’t take any other payment method.
IMPORTANT: Your billing address (name, address and postal code) must be the same as the one that figures on your credit card account. We use this information to verify the authenticity of the transaction and payment.
Billing and shipping address must be valid address located in Canada. We don’t ship to PO boxes. You also have to provide a phone number and an email address to help customer relations service to contact you for information regarding your order.
Which tax will apply on my order?
Sales tax in Canada varies from a province to another. With your order, the sales tax corresponding to the shipping address will apply.
Orders shipped to:
- Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 9.975% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 14.975%
- British Columbia are subject to 5% GST and 7% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 12%
- Manitoba are subject to 5% GST and 8% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 13%
- Saskatchewan are subject to 5% GST and 5% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 10%
- Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST
- Prince Edward Island are subject to 14% HST
- Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HS
- Any other Canadian provinces or territories are only subject to 5% GST
What are the shipping charges?
All orders over $200.00 before taxes include free Fedex Express Economy shipping. All other orders under $200.00 before taxes are subject to shipping rates based on the location, weight and box dimensions of their purchase.
All orders are delivered using Fedex shipping services. All orders are provided with a unique tracking code.
Rudsak enables customers to choose from two shipping options:
Fedex Express Economy: This service is available to all provinces and territories across Canada. Delivery takes up to 10 business days after being processed. The cost is $9.95.
Fedex Priority Overnight: his service is available to all provinces and territories across Canada. Delivery takes up to 3 days delivery, after the order has been processed.The cost is $15.95.
Please note that during holiday periods or special events, including Cyber Monday and Boxing Day, time for deliveries can go up to 10 business days.
How can I use a promotion code?
It’s easy! When you will be in your shopping bag, just enter the promotion code in the text box for this purpose. The promotion will apply automatically on the concerned items.
Do you make price adjustments?
We offer a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of your purchase date. However, the item must have been purchased at its regular price.
Which size will fit me?
To help you chose the size which will fit you better, Rudsak suggest you sizing charts suited for the different products. For more details, click here.
Do I need to sign for my order?
For all online purchase, a signature is requested at the reception of the merchandise. Fedex must be contacted for any modification regarding the shipping terms or to set an appointment. You can reach Fedex by phone at their toll free number 1.800.463.3339.
Can I return an item bought online?
We will take back any unworn item bought online within 15 days after its delivery. To know more about the return procedure, please read our return policy here.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Can I buy a gift card online?
You can buy a gift card on our online store. You place your order online and the gift card is shipped to you or directly to the person to whom you offer!
Can I use a gift card online?
Electronic gift cards are not available yet . You can buy online a Gift Card usable in-store.
What care need Rudsak products?
We suggest you to use a protector spray to protect our leather products. Seasonal application of a moisturizer is also recommended to feed and clean leather. For more information regarding the specific features of our product and the care they need, click here.
Can I send my products to Rudsak for cleaning?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a cleaning service. Please see our product care advice here to know more about the best practices to adopt with your Rudsak products.
How can I get an item repaired?
If you notice any manufacturing defects with your product within the thirty days after your purchase, we will repair the item for free.
Rudsak also offers a shoe repair service and a tailoring service for your damage items. For more information about that service, please contact our customer relations service by filling our contact form or by phone at 1 877 389-9661.
Can I purchase an item that is out of stock?
It may happen that an item you want to purchase online is no longer available. In that case, a pop-up window will open to inform you of its unavailability. You will be able to fill a form so we can notify you when the item will be back in stock, if necessary.
