Is it safe to shop on Rudsak's website?
We have adopted appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal information and to safeguard personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification, in light of, among other things, the sensitivity of the information and the purposes for which it will be used.
How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive an order confirmation by email when we receive your order. This email will include your order number and the summary of your purchase.
If after 24 hours you haven’t received the email confirmation, feel free to contact the customer relations team by filling out our contact form or by calling us at 1 877 389-9661. We will then inform you regarding your order status.
Can I modify my order?
Once we receive your order, we can’t modify it. If you would like to add an item to your order, you will have to make a new purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I get my order shipped to the United States and internationally?

When will I receive my order?
If within 3 business days of placing your order, you have not received an email confirming its shipment by Canada Post (this email will include a tracking number for your package), feel free to contact our customers relation team by calling us at 1 877 389-9661 or by filling out our contact form to inquire about your order.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, expect a delay of 7 business days for delivery with the Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service and 3 business days with the Canada Post Xpresspost Service.
How can I track my order?
When your order will be shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You will be able to track your order by visiting www.canadapost.ca and entering the tracking number in the appropriate field.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
Rudsak accepts these methods of payments:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal
We don’t accept any other methods of payment.
IMPORTANT: Your billing address (name, address and postal code) must be the same as the one listed on your credit card account. We use this information to verify the authenticity of the transaction and payment.
Billing and shipping address must be valid address located in Canada. We don’t ship to PO boxes. You also have to provide a phone number and an email address to help customer relations team contact you for information regarding your order.
Which taxes will apply to my order?
Sales tax in Canada varies from one province to another. The sales tax on your order will correspond to your shipping address. .
Orders shipped to:
- Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 9.975% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 14.975%
- British Columbia are subject to 5% GST and 7% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 12%
- Manitoba are subject to 5% GST and 8% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 13%
- Saskatchewan are subject to 5% GST and 5% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 10%
- Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST
- Prince Edward Island are subject to 14% HST
- Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HS
- Any other Canadian provinces or territories are only subject to 5% GST
What are the shipping charges?
All orders over $200.00 or more before taxes include free Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping. All other orders under $200.00 before taxes are subject to shipping rates based on the location, weight and box dimensions of the purchase.
All orders are delivered using Canada Post shipping services. All orders are provided with a unique tracking code.
Rudsak enables customers to choose from two shipping options:
Canada Post Expedited Parcel: This service is available to all provinces and territories across Canada. Delivery takes up to 7 business days after being processed. The cost is $7.95.
Canada Post Xpresspost: This service is available to all provinces and territories across Canada. Delivery takes up to 3 days after the order has been processed. The cost is $12.95.
Please note that during holiday periods or special events, including Cyber Monday and Boxing Day, times for deliveries can go up to 10 business days.
How can I use a promotion code?
It’s easy! When you're on the my bag tab, just enter the promotion code in the text box . The promotion will be automatically applied to the relevant items. Price adjustment does not apply to promotions, online exclusives and short-term sales events like Black Friday or Boxing Day.
Do you make price adjustments?
We offer a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of your purchase date. However, the item must have been purchased at its regular price.
Which size will fit me?
To help you choose the size that which will fit you best, Rudsak suggests that you use the sizing charts suited for the different products. For more details, click here.
Do I need to sign for my order?
For all online purchase, a signature is required upon reception of the merchandise. Canada Post must be contacted for any modification regarding the shipping terms or to set an appointment. You can reach Canada Post by phone at their toll free number 1-866-607-6301.
Can I return an item bought online?
We will take back any unworn item bought online within 15 days after its delivery. To know more about the return procedure, please read our return policy here.

You can buy a gift card on our online store. You place your order online and the gift card is shipped to you directly or to the receiver of your choice!
Can I use a gift card online?
Gift cards can be purchased online as well as in-store. However, they may only be used in-store.
What type of care is needed for Rudsak products?
We suggest you use a protective spray to protect our leather products. Seasonal application of a moisturizer is also recommended to feed and clean leather. For more information regarding the specific features of our product and the care they need, click here.
Can I send my products to Rudsak for cleaning?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a cleaning service. Please see our product care advice here to know more about the best practices to adopt with your Rudsak products.
How can I get an item repaired?
If you notice any manufacturing defects with your product within 30 days after your purchase, we will repair the item for free.
Rudsak also offers a shoe repair service and a tailoring service for your damaged items. For more information about that service, please contact our customer relations service by filling our contact form or by phone at 1 877 389-9661.
Can I purchase an item that is out of stock?
It may happen that an item you want to purchase online is no longer available. In that case, a pop-up window will open to inform you of its unavailability. You will be able to fill out a form so that we can notify you when the item will be back in stock, if necessary.
