SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders processed by rudsak.com are delivered using Canada Post shipping services. Each order is provided with a unique tracking number.

During checkout, customers can choose one of two shipping options:

Free Shipping: All RUDSAK purchases are shipped free via Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivery. This service is available across Canada, excluding the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory. Delivery takes up to seven business days after the order has been processed.

Canada Post XpresspostThis service is available across Canada, excluding the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory. Delivery takes up to two business days after the order has been processed.

 

Please note that during holiday periods or special events, including Cyber Monday and Boxing Day, deliveries can take up to 10 business days for Canada Post Expedited shipping. Canada Post services are suspended on national, provincial and territorial holidays, with no package or mail delivery on those days. Additional shipping delays will occur for Canada Post Expedited Parcel and Canada Post Xpresspost delivery service during these holidays.  

 

Shipping rates based on the service level selected:

     Canada Post Expedited Parcel: FREE

     Canada Post Xpresspost: $40.00

 

For orders to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory, a flat fee of $60.00 will be applied to the Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivery service, which may take up to nine business days. 

Orders with free shipping are processed within 24-48 hours. Once an order has been processed, free delivery can take up to seven business days.

For Xpresspost shipping, orders received before 12 p.m. EST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST or on the weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day. Once an order has been processed, Canada Post Xpresspost delivery can take up to two business days.

If a purchase cannot be processed as completed due to inaccurate or incomplete information, order processing may be delayed.
