IN-STORE


IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

RUDSAK’s ultimate goal is for our customers to fall in love with the products they buy from us. If you’re not satisfied with any item purchased at a regular/full price, we’ll gladly accept eligible unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise or products with manufacturing defects for a credit note or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. Discounted or sale merchandise are considered FINAL sale and cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

Atelier Noir styles are final sale - no exchange or returns.


IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY

RUDSAK only accepts exchanges on regular or full-price merchandise for up to 14 days after the original purchase date for an exchange or credit note. There are no exchanges on discounted or sale merchandise. Returned merchandise must include a verifiable receipt, packaging and tags and be in its original condition.

If a customer is dissatisfied with merchandise bought or received as a gift (at regular price), the item can be exchanged for an identical or comparable item or for a credit note in the form of a gift card within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item can be exchanged at any RUDSAK location accompanied by the original gift receipt.

•    All care products are final sale only. Underwear, swimwear, discounted sale items, samples and merchandise bought in outlets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or credited.

•    Items that have been customized, embossed, monogrammed or personalized are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

•    RUDSAK products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for exchange.

•    RUDSAK reserves the right to authorize all exchanges and repairs at its sole discretion.

To make an exchange, customers must provide a verifiable invoice, and all labels must remain intact, including those sewn inside the product. The item must not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered. For shoes and boots, the box must also be returned in its original condition.

ONLINE

Before returning or exchanging an online order, please fill out the Return Request form. If you have completed the transaction using your RUDSAK account, sign in to your account and create a new form in My Returns. Please include a name, order number and daytime phone number in all communications with our Customer Relations team.

Once the exchange or refund is authorized, RUDSAK will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly written on the return package. Returned goods must be sent with an original invoice using the prepaid return label provided with the original order delivery. A return fee of $20.00 plus applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that returns without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to sender.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

RUDSAK’s ultimate goal is for our customers to fall in love with the products they buy from us. If you’re not satisfied with any item purchased, we’ll gladly accept eligible unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise or products with manufacturing defects for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refunds are processed within five business days of the item's receipt, and the reimbursement will be applied to the original method of payment for the item. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and inspected.

•    All care products are final sale only.

•    Items purchased online can only be returned by post and not in-store.

•    RUDSAK products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for return or repair.

•    Returned items can be shipped using the prepaid return label provided with the original order delivery. A fee of $20.00 plus applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund total.

•    Refunds will be processed within five business days of receiving the returned item, and payment will be attributed to the original method of payment only, minus the return fee of $20.00 plus applicable taxes. Any fees incurred for Canada Post Xpresspost shipping or delivery to Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory are not refunded for return orders.

•    Return package must include an RMA number. RUDSAK reserves the right to refuse all returns that do not have an RMA number and do not respect our return policy and procedures.

•    Items purchased online can only be exchanged by post and not in-store.

•    Merchandise can only be exchanged for the same style in a different colour or size. Requesting a different item requires placing a new order.

•    Exchanges will be processed within five business days of receiving the returned item.

•    Shipping costs for exchange items are covered by RUDSAK using the prepaid return label provided with the original order delivery.
